Highlights on Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia and Sexual Dysfunction

Phosphodiesterases (PDEs) are intracellular enzymes responsible for the abjection of the Cartesian product messengers cAMP and cGMP.
So far 11 different types of PDEs have been characterized with different particularity, mode of regulating, and body part establishment and there are several isoforms and lap fag variants of each PDE.
